Flogo is about flow and connection. 

Flogo’s spiritual home is a small lake nestled on the south coast of England, a stone’s throw from the rolling dunes & ocean playground of Camber sands.

It was here in 1986 that my mum, Margaret, realised her windsurfing dream and set up Rye Watersports. My three sisters and I spent endless summers chasing the wind and mastering the art of windsurfing.

I have always been interested in nature and being in a flow state, or in flow.  

Flow is that space where you are completely immersed in something you love and you lose all sense of time. Flow is when you are fully engaged and connected with the landscape around you.

I continued to explore these feelings and ideas as I travelled the world. From running a Watersports school in Western Australia, to training Brazillian Jiu Jitsu with the Gracie’s in California, I kept finding ways to be in the moment. I then founded Flogo in 2022, and we have been growing ever since.

Everything we do at Flogo is designed around our Be in the Moment philosophy that was born at the Lake in Rye.

In our current world we have many sources of technological connection, but we all know that real, human, physical connection to each other and the world around us, is what we truly want and need.

Our mission is to build a community of flow seekers who embrace the physical and mental benefits of being in the moment.
